Charles was excellent to do business with. Had issue with leaking over my bedroom and smaller spots throughout the roof. Call Concept Roofing & Gutters that morning, Charles came out later that day. He inspected the roof and laid out the process very detail. Any questions I had he answer promptly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof.

Concept Roofing & Gutters was one of the three companies that gave me bids to replace my roof and fix damage to the wood. Charles's experience in construction meant that he could suggest cheaper ways to do what I wanted to do. The workers were respectful of the property, and the site manager answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns. After the house was painted, they also worked around the schedule of the painter to put up the gutters. It was a great experience, the price was fair, and both the products and the work were of high quality.

A lovely woman named Alyssa was aptly able to answer all my questions and concerns when setting up an appointment. Most importantly the roofing that was installed looks amazing.
